About returning or exchanging products

PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE​

Return of new products in 14 days from the day of delivery

In order to return or exchange a low-quality or unsatisfactory product, it is mandatory to abide these terms:

  • The to-be-returned product must be in its original and undamaged packaging
  • The to-be-returned product must be undamaged because of the buyer
  • The to-be-returned product must be unused and not have lost its marketable appearance (not applicable if a low-quality product is being returned)
  • When returning a quality product, only the the sum of money that was payed for the product is returned. All charges from the post/customs connected to the sending of the to-be-returned or to-be-exchanged product are incurred by the buyer
  • Products are the property and responsibility of the buyer until it reaches Žalčio žymė, therefore when returning, make sure that they are properly packaged and that during the products will not be damaged during sending
  • When a low-quality product is being returned, the seller must exchange the low-quality product with the high-quality equivalent of the product or give the buyer a refund
  • In order to return a product, the buyer must inform the seller about it via email at info@snakesmark.com, and only after receiving a confirmation can the buyer send out the to-be-returned product
  • Products that are damaged on purpose or because of carelessness are non-refundable
  • Refunds are executed via the same payment method that was used by the buyer during the product's purchase, and to the same bank account from which the initial purchase was made
  • The buyer takes no responsibility for an unsuccessful or late refund, if the buyer provided the wrong data required for the return

Exchanging a product to a different size:

  • The proper selection of the size of a piece of jewelry is the responsibility of the buyer. If the purchased product is of a wrong size, the buyer can return the purchased product and get a refund, and then repurchase the product of an appropriate size. In this situation, the buyer must abide by the terms outlined in the section "In order to return or exchange a low-quality or unsatisfactory product, it is mandatory to abide these terms"

Complaints and questions:

  • All questions or complaints about returning or exchanging a product are solved by way of negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes are solved extrajudicially by the "Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba", office address Vilniaus g. 25, LT 01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt 
  • Requests/disputes for products purchased in our e-shop can be submitted by filling out a form on the ODR platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/
